Cyrus-Imapd and Cyradm

It is just a general error message. Take as authentification failure.
You see more in the /var/log/maillog.

Make sure both the cyrus-imapd is running as well the saslauthd!

service cyrus-imapd status
service saslauthd status

By default the saslauthd does not run, so start it with "service
saslauthd start".
