XFCE on FC2 Problems-II

Hello
XFCE is on the gdm menu as well as switchdesk utility
and when I click on these it accepts the
change.However, when I select XFCE from the gdm menu
or boot inti it after effecting the change thru'
switchdesk it DOES NOT boot into XFCE but gives the
error as noted by me.
