Software RAID setup at install...

It is fairly possible to set up Redhat/Fedora with /boot as RAID1 (RAID0
is not possible). / can be even RAID0. I have it this way running with
my Redhat 9 box, using a ramdisk and grub as booloader, all configured
using the disk druid.
