JMO but a simpler option might be to use mime header checks in Postfix:

"/.*name=\"?(.*)\.(mpg|mpeg|bat|chm|cmd|com|do|exe|hta|jse|rm|scr|pif|vbe|vbs|vxd)\"?$/ REJECT For security reasons we reject attachments of this type"

The downside is the potential for something malicious in a zip. The
upside is no updates to worry about and less overhead.
