Since Alexander is using:
X-Mailer:  Ximian Evolution 1.4.5 (1.4.5-7)

It is not able to clear sign in the actual body of the message.  This is
the "old" way apparently.  There has been a lot of talk about this on
the Evo list.  Google it for more info.

I think there is actually a gnome bounty to include clear signing, but
not 100% sure on that.  Maybe in Evo 2.0.
