GPG key failure on up2date with FC1

Okay, I know I"m late as hell to the game here, but I just took the plunge 
and upgraded from RH9 to FC1 and I'm getting a wierd GPG error when trying 
to use up2date.  It says that the package has been tampered with or is 
corrupt when checking the gpg key.  What's the deal?  I'm sure this has 
been discussed, but bear with me, I've been out of the loop for a couple 
months now.
