New gnome-panel update breaks gweather-applet?

Me too with KDE's Kweather, but I think the site where the data is retrieved 
is down. 
If you do Search By Station Identifier on the Meteorological main page, Search 
link below:
 
http://weather.noaa.gov/cgi-bin/nsd_lookup.pl 

It ends up with a 403 Forbidden Error
