up2date failed too many times?

Hi, 

Can anyone explain what's going on here? I imported a few GPG keyfiles to solve
the invalid GPG key issue, hope that was not related to this. I also searched on
google, it seems that it has something to do with header corruptions. But this
only happens to certain packages.
