CVS: why still 1.11.5?

Someone is confusing someone ....
I don't know about CVS, but Mozilla 1.6b is the beta release of the 
final Mozilla1.6 
... ergo, 1.6 is the latest release.
... actually, 1.7a  is released ( alpha release ... = test release ! ).
