Why FC-2?

Upgrading from a Test release to a final will most likely never be
supported.  To many unforseen things happen in test releases to make a
reliable base to upgrade to a final.  One example I can think of is that
the test release has a 1.5.x version of Evolution, but the final will have
a 1.4.x.
