Fedora support etiquette, need suggestions

It is a good document, never knew it existed. Thanks for the link. While
being very good it does not cover the topic completely form my point of
view. This idea for a support guide has gravitated toward being an
all-inclusive custodial to end-user guide of sorts.

When it is complete and if it is good enouph i would hope it will be
added to the fedora documentation effort.
