Oho, it is a very bad thing to let root login _without any password_!

If you really need something like that which means non interactive login
without need to type in the password, then configure ssh to use the
pubkey auth method and make use of ssh-agent. How to do that is
described in articles on www.fedoranews.org.

Check which file you did modify. If you do not remember exactly what you
did modify you will have to get back the original files from the openssh
RPMs. You can extract the configuration files from the RPM either using
mc or rpm2cpio. The procedure was described here on the list some times
before.
