Problems with shell users

Can I reinstall all the packages with ssh:
openssh-server-3.6.1p2-19
openssh-clients-3.6.1p2-19
openssh-askpass-3.6.1p2-19
openssh-3.6.1p2-19
openssh-askpass-gnome-3.6.1p2-19

With first te remove the with:
rpm -e *packagename* 
And the isntall the with
Apt-get install *packagename*

rpm2cpio openssh-server-3.6.1p2-19.i386.rpm | cpio -t
--> lists content with path

openssh-server-3.6.1p2-19.i386.rpm | cpio -ivd /path/file
--> extracts the given file

This usage of rpm2cpio is documented on www.rpm.org.
