I had downloaded the RPM´s reqd. from the link >
   
http://www.ximian.com/products/redcarpet/download.html

All the dependent packages are also available here.You
need to choose yr distro and go ahead.It works fine on
my system running FC1 with kernel upgraded to 2.6.3.
