I have it working. If I remember correctly

1. install fluxbox from fedora.us
http://download.fedora.us/fedora/fedora/1/i386/yum/stable/RPMS/fluxbox-0.1.14-0.fdr.6.1.i386.rpm

2. Perhaps run switchdesk or switchdesk-gnome - which creates
an initial ~/.Xclients-default file

3. Modify it to use fluxbox

exec ssh-agent /bin/bash --login -c 'ssh-add < /dev/null ; exec fluxbox'
