Or ask your ISP if they have NTP servers.

Note that Rdate uses RFC 868, an older and simpler protocol. The servers 
on the list are NTP servers and need not necessarily talk the RFC 868 
protocol. "ntpdate -q -u time.server.name" can be used instead.
