gcc and math.h

The ln function is done by "log" in gcc and is supported by math.h.
The log10 function is done by "log10" in gcc and is supported by math.h.
There is a constant M_LOG2E in math.h which is log2 of e.
To get log2 of x, this is the same as M_LOG2E*log(x).
