Heres how I did it... :)

I downloaded the KDE 3.2 RPM files from ftp.kde.org into a directory on
my computer.

Added a line in /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources:

dir kde32 /where/the/files/are

then used up2date to install/upgrade them.
