Mozilla no access to certain sites

www.absadirect.co.za is just used as a round-robin dns alias for there 
servers , have you tried going to www.absa.co.za and following the link 
to on-line banking.
I have fc1 with mozilla 1.6 and have never had a problem getting into 
absa except when there servers were overloaded.
