Hi Marc.
Thanks for the response.

When I run ls -l /usr/lib/libgmp* I get the following:

ve1drg at mach3 ve1drg]$ ls -l /usr/lib/libgmp*
-rw-r--r--  1 root root 460642 Oct 23  2003 /usr/lib/libgmp.a
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root     15 Apr 29 15:38 /usr/lib/libgmp.so ->
libgmp.so.3.3.2
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root     15 Apr 29 14:29 /usr/lib/libgmp.so.3 ->
libgmp.so.3.3.2
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 179988 Oct 23  2003 /usr/lib/libgmp.so.3.3.2
-rw-r--r--  1 root root  30480 Oct 23  2003 /usr/lib/libgmpxx.a

lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root     10 Apr 29 15:38 /usr/lib/libgmpxx.so ->
gmpxx.so.3

lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root     17 Apr 29 14:29 /usr/lib/libgmpxx.so.3 ->
libgmpxx.so.3.0.4
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root  14648 Oct 23  2003 /usr/lib/libgmpxx.so.3.0.4

--------
This line is blinking as if there is no symlink:

lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root     10 Apr 29 15:38 /usr/lib/libgmpxx.so ->
gmpxx.so.3
(See above)..

Should I just deleted this link or look for another file to set up a new
link??
Your advice would be appreciated.
