printer HP1000 --> i did all things you told me

well i did all things you told me.
i have downloaded foo2zjs and untar it 
i have cupsd and all the things in linuxprinting.org 
said that i should have.
i added printer with print manager not through cups
which is localhost:631/admin.
again in error log tel me that tray is empty .
but tray is full of paper .
