Network installation worked but network does not work now

I ran a network update just to see if anything changed but no luck
The network update worked but Fedora still does not.

Ran the commands that you requested and here are the results.

lspci -> amd 79c970 PCnet32 Lance
cat /etc/modules.cong -> PCnet32

ethtool etho -> lots of stuff but the ones that did not look correct are
link detected : No
Port mii

mii-tool -> falied
