Is Fedora.us FC2 repository not yum-enabled?

Where in http://download.fedora.us/fedora/fedora/2/i386/ are the
headers?  In the FC1 repo, there in
http://download.fedora.us/fedora/fedora/1/i386/yum/, but there is no
corresponding directory in the FC2 dir.  Am I missing something?
