FC2 and CIPE

Under System Tools -> Internet Configuration Wizard a
listed Device Type is "CIPE(VPN) connection" and the
description is "Create a new virtual private network
connection with CIPE."

But clicking on Forward pops up an error indicating
the cipe package has to be installed, yet synaptic and
apt-get don't appear to know anything about cipe any
longer.

I found no reference to CIPE in the FC2 stable,
testing or unstable fedora.us add-on packages.

Is a VPN client to a Microsoft Network supported in
this release?  Was this perhaps a package that did not
get picked up from one of the install CDs?
