FC2 FTP install

Why not just copy disk1 into a directory inside the ftp root.  The copy the
remaining rpms from disks 2-4 inside the rpms directory.

Start the network install, pointing it at that directory.  Install runs and
you never have to switch cd's or switch mounted images.  It is the fastest
way to install.
