FC2 and SMP-Kernel does it work ?

What sort of issues are you having? It seems to work fine for me.

One big improvement over FC1 is that it now recognises that P4 with HT needs
and SMP kernel - before it would make the UP kernel the default in GRUB so
that I had to edit grub.conf by hand every time there was a kernel update!
