Hello!
Just wanted to tell that FC2 runs fine on my Dell Inspiron 8600 with the
Radeon 9600 on a 1900 x 1280 display.
I just had to edit /etc/X11/xorg.conf and replace 'vesa' with 'radeon' in
the 'Device' section and adjust the 'Modes' in the 'Screen' section to
'1920x1200'.

I have been looking for v4l2 development headers to use with Core 2 but have
so far come up empty handed. Is there a package or location where I could
get videodev2.h?
My guess is that I can not use the official headers since they may not match
the Fedora kernel. If needed I can recompile a new kernel from the the
kernel.org source but my lazy sides hopes that's not needed.

There is no better if there is no target in being better.
If it is for 'just a server', you can be better off with something like
ClarkConnect (http://www.clarkconnect.com/): Better pre-configured base.
If better is in better support, yes, RH prommisses ;-) to be better.
If better is in better software I don't think there is much difference
between any linux or unix implementation: most is from the same code-base.

The way I see it is, when I bought my Nvidia card, it did not say Linux was
supported, I bought it anyways. I don't see how that gives me the right to
