APC Software for auto shutdown

Dear all,

I need driver for daily auto shut down an APC UPS for fedora/linux (look alike APC PowerChute  Business Edition) . From adaptec.com, they provide PCBE under RH9.   I already check apcupsd, it can shut downing my server but can't start up my server.
