Search list archives for yum and up2date.

Use command-line help:
# man yum
# man up2date

Configure /etc/yum.conf and/or /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources to use
mirrors: http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors.html

# yum upgrade
# yum install <package>

and/or

run up2date on command-line or GUI
