Recommendation: Proxima Orinoco 802.11a/b/g gold combocard?

Thanks for the quick responses Satish.

This is another one of those items where support under linux needs to
improve dramatically before the general public would accept linux on the
desktop (or in this case on the laptop).

I assume most linux users trying to use wifi has gone down this road.  

Working on the prism54.org stuff but I may be getting in to deep.  Looks
like I have to rebuild the kernel to get their stuff to work.
