diff between rpm's '--whatprovides' and '-f'

"Capability" doesn't have to be a file.  For example, both Sendmail and
Postfix provide the "smtpdaemon" capability.  This allows RPM creators to
still rely on an "smtpdaemon" without caring if it is Sendmail or Postfix.
