Is Fedora.us FC2 repository not yum-enabled?

I think you got already the hint by Thorsten, but to answer your
question you pointed to me: the repository is i.e.
http://download.fedora.us/fedora/fedora/2/i386/RPMS.stable/ and not
http://download.fedora.us/fedora/fedora/2/i386/.
