It's "bug" in Alexandre's format string.

%{provides} is a list, but the format string only prints the first
element of the list.

Try this:

rpm -qa --queryformat '%{name}-%{version}-%{release}: [%{provides} ]\n'
| grep postfix

Note the '[..]'
