Solution for me was this :

Get this SRPM : 
http://people.redhat.com/tcallawa/evolution-connector/evolution-connector-1.4.7-1.src.rpm

sudo yum install evolution-devel

<snip>


sudo rpmbuild -bb /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/evolution-connector.spec

<snip>

sudo rpm -i /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/evolution-connector-1.4.7-1.i386.rpm

Done.
