Fedora Core 2 Windows XP Partition Magic

You have to make an entry in /etc/grub.conf to point to your windows
partition.  This makes it bootable when grub loads.

There are many howtos out there for this, have a quick search of google
for:

adding windows to grub

As for your partmagic question, sorry, I cant help there.
