Gnome/Nautilus settings

Kind of dumb question ..

I upgraded to FC2 and use Gnome desktop.  In the file manager I see the list of files/folders.  But somehow my earlier settings of viewing pane, viewing folder tree and opening in the same window seem to be lost.  I am unable to find them also anywhere in preferences.  Have things changed or am I missing something ?
