In-house Update Server

Does anyone know how to setup a local update server?  Specifically here is
what I am looking for.  I have numerous Fedora boxes in-house, when trying
to download and install updates it is painfully slow.  What I want to do is
download the updates to a local server and have the other machines connect
there for the updates.
 
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
