X86_64 FC2 problems on ASUS K8V SE Deluxe system

I have a ASUS K8V SE Deluxe Athlon 64 system that
I installed FC2 X86_64 on. I have another partition that has
FC1 32 bit that I have been runing on.

Problem 1: On each boot up into GNOME, Nautilus aborts.
May 21 16:36:48 jbsys kernel: nautilus[2592]: segfault at 00000004fffffff8 rip
00000037d1569dd1 rsp 0000007fbfffed80 error 4

It seems KDE works fine.

Problem 2: Network card gives random errors. Does not seem
to be a problem though. This happens with FC1 also.

Problem 3: I have a Promise RAID controller (FastTrack 20378) where
I have 2 160 GB ide drives connected. I do not know how to see these
drives. On FC1 2.4 kernel I used ft3xx driver and the devices were on
/dev/sda & /dev/sdb. It looks like the sata_promise is loaded, but where
are the drives?
