Cron errors - bash (after awstats logrotate)

I installed AWSTATS (after some recommendations here on the list). Great app. When configuring the log rotate update, the example httpd script wasn't exact. Now I'm getting the following errors: Any thoughts? Bash is in /bin.

### The Error msg:

X-Cron-Env: <PATH=/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin>
