Cron errors - bash (after awstats logrotate)

I installed AWSTATS (after some recommendations here on the list).
Great app. When configuring the log rotate update, the example httpd
script wasn't exact. Now I'm getting the following errors: Any
thoughts? Bash is in /bin.
### The Error msg:
