FC2 Sound Card problem, using mp3, XMMS too loud, Rhythmbox too quiet.

Yes they're working, and they are driving me nuts :)

I just ran preferences>sound and selected them from there.
I'm running a Gnome desktop though I could switch to KDE and see what
happens there.
