gdmflexiserver and screensavers

Hello All

I have razed the below bug
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=137746

I was hoping to get some additional feedback from the list to find out
how others feel.

Ideally I would prefer unfocused sessions to have their screensaver
suspended (but the screen locked), so that CPU time is not consumed
(even if at a "nice" level).
