can't boot after upgrade

How did you upgrade: online or by using the CDs/DVD?

Try booting with additional kernel parameter "selinux=0" (at grub boot
screen press "a" and add it to the kernel line).

If that helps see the other todays thread "FC3 update => syslog /
portmap do not start anymore; no more menu-entries"
