Calendar recommendation (web based?)

There are lots of web based calendars which you can use if you have access
to a web server
you can set it up on. Check out PHP Hot scripts. I myself use Squirrel
Mail it has a lot of features
built in and the dedicated developers supporting it are currently working
on adding recurring
events as a plugin.
