yum needs gpg key, but from where

I'm using the default yum.conf installed with FC3.


I'm  getting "public key not available for"  many packages with FC3. 
How do I get the GPG key?  I imported:

FEDORA-LEGACY-GPG-KEY
FEDORA-GPG-KEY

from www.fedora.us

Also, where and how does one find FC3 repos?

How does one find these other keys?  Is there a standard location on 
each yum mirror?
