NoClassDefFoundError after upgrade to FC3

Correction: The error below is only if the java file is executed from
the wrong directory. When executed from the correct directory, the same
error from before happens:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

at oracle.ide.IdeCore.class$(IdeCore.java:89)
