Something else you might want to try is this procmail recipe that deletes 
messages with Message-Ids that have already been seen (i.e. duplicate messages):

:0 Wh :msgid.lock
| formail -D 10000 msgid.cache

Of course, this is masking the symptoms rather than curing the underlying 
problem of duplicate message delivery.
