Network NTP Setup

Hi again,

I'm trying to set up my LAN to include NTP services.  I found the NTP
Howto at www.ntp.org somewhat confusing.  Is there a simple setup
for one Internet connected machine getting the time from somewhere
on the net and then passing it on to the workstations inside the LAN
that I can easily find and use ?
