New kernel will not finish booting...help me with this error message?

FC3 was installed freshly on this machine. As for
SATA, LOL. It is an old PII333 with 96 mb of ram.
Been running Redhat 7.3 forever, until I decided to
put FC3 on it.
IAC, I just swapped out the keyboard, and the new
kermel booted up cleanly.
Go figure.
