Try available options:
xmms + xmms-mp3
rhythmbox + gstreamer-plugins-mp3
I would point you to http://rpm.livna.org where you would get
multimedia add-ons, but due to unfortunate circumstances, it might not
be trivial to install them for FC3 as easily as it is for FC2.
